PG Dip Counselling
Welcome, I realise that seeking counselling, perhaps for the first time, is not an easy
decision so I hope this web site is of help to you.
I am a fully qualified counsellor, and an accredited member of the BACP
(British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I trained at the University of Hertfordshire and hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling.
I am an Integrative counsellor, which means that I use different models of counselling
in my work, mostly the Psychodynamic and Person-Centred models.
I also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and have a Certificate in CBT skills.

My private counselling practice is based in Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead, which is easily accessible from Berkhamsted, St. Albans, Harpenden, Chesham, Bovingdon, Apsley, and Kings Langley, and is also within walking distance of Hemel Railway Station which is on the main line between London and Milton Keynes.
